First off let me say Joe from pro control is amazing. Showed up early, was very professional, explained in detail every aspect of the procedure he was going to complete today from what he was spraying to what area he would concentrate on and the totality of the visit today. I’ve used many pest control services and I have not yet to find one that was as in depth as Joe from pro control. He moved appliances, removed plug outlets and treated behind the walls. Lawn was treated and outside perimeter of house was sprayed and treated as well. Very impressed with the thoroughness of pro-control and would highly recommend them to anyone needing there services. Thumbs up!!!!!

I have had an ongoing problem with rats for eight months months. I have called exterminators, but two companies failed to eradicate the problem. I was told that because I have a dog door, I would just have rats. In desperation I called ProControl Management Services and they came out and immediately set traps. They check the traps every other day and take away the dead rats. They are making progress. Their service is exemplary and their technicians are knowledgeable and pleasant, despite their grim duties. I was with one pest control company–who failed to solve my problem–for over 40 years. It goes without saying, ProControl will be my exterminators of choice for rats, bugs, and termites from now on. Joe and Jeremy were wonderful! They took the time to explain everything that needed to be done, and took pictures of the rodent damage to show me exactly what we were dealing with. He walked around the house in the rain to check and point out the possible entry points. He set traps already and will be out daily to check them and then seal the entry points. He discussed the course of action to make sure I was ok with each step. He didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need but offered the services I needed to get the job done completely. They have a year warranty!! That is what I consider to be fantastic service! I will refer them to everyone I know. Thank you ProControl!

Joe is amazing!!!! Showed up within an hour after calling me because another pest control company could not handle it. Then showed up 24 hours later and fixed my bee problem with no extenuating circumstances!!!!! And very reasonable on pricing. Had a question the night prior so I texted him around 9pm and he had no problem answering. Would definitely use him again and highly recommend to anyone.
